PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING
▸ All ornaments are handmade-to-order
▸ Production time is 1-2 business days but many times is created the same day
▸ Shipped using USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail
▸ Delivery time is 2-3 days after production time
▸ If ordering more than one item be aware that they make come in separate shipments
▸ We will ship the items to your Address. If you want to change your address for any reason, please contact us prior to order.
▸ We kindly remind you that once we drop off your package in USPS facility, we will have no control over the package anymore. Therefore, we will not responsible for items delayed by USPS and will not issue refund for items not received by a certain date. If you experience any issue with your package, please contact your local USPS facility.
